Perfect size & that remote is wicked. Love it. No instructions but I just plugged it into my computer to charge & it worked like a Demon...Lol.

This is a fun little play in the traditional kegel balls. The device has a remote control that can activate different speeds and rhythms. I was told by my doctor that strengthening my kegels can help post childbirth. This is a fun playful way to do that and more. I give my husband the controller occasionally to help out too!
